Orgaknife collects basic user information which is voluntarily submitted by the users such as name, the email address, and profile picture. There is other aggregated, anonymous user data which is generated during the usage of the our product. The user data we collect is never personally identifiable and is used to improve the quality of our service.


We use cookies to store visitors preferences, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies are required to use Orgaknife.

Ad servers

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.


All data and information transmitted with Service is secured by SSL protocol.


If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes. We will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.

Past or closed events

You can manually delete past events or closed events (or even open events) at any time if you created the event. The event will be deleted from our databases as well but it may be archived in some other form for internal analysis to improve the product for you.

We may automatically delete past events from time to time but not before 3 months from the event.

Unauthorized access

To invite friends and colleagues, you require a unique link provided by Orgaknife that contains a random access code. Only people with the unique link can get access to the event and participate in your event. However, it is the users’ responsibility to not provide the access link to any unauthorized person or group.

All accounts are password protected. A user must choose a strong and secure password and keep it safe to restrict any unauthorized access.
